Built with a lightweight, high-grade aluminum base, the roof rack houses a removable black wood fibreboard cutting board server for chopping ingredients, stretching dough, and slicing hot 12-inch pizzas. When the board is removed, the heat-resistant aluminum base doubles as a safe, sturdy landing pad for setting down screaming-hot cast-iron skillets directly out of the oven.
