37cm Smokey Mountain Cooker

Big charcoal smoke flavor in a portable, space-saving package. The Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker 37cm is purpose-built for urban balconies, compact decks, and outdoor enthusiasts who love to pack authentic barbecue flavor on road trips or camping excursions. Don’t let its size fool you—this compact vertical bullet smoker delivers the exact same competition-grade temperature stability and wood smoke performance as its larger siblings.

Constructed from heavy-gauge steel coated in Weber’s durable porcelain enamel, the 37cm model retains heat effortlessly while resisting coastal Auckland weather elements. Its integrated porcelain-enameled water pan maintains a moist cooking environment, preventing delicate meats like pork ribs, chicken, or salmon from drying out during long cooks.

Featuring two multi-tier plated steel cooking grates, a built-in lid thermometer, and a silicone probe grommet for digital smart thermometers, the WSM 37cm makes low-and-slow charcoal smoking simple and accessible anywhere. Pop by our Lunn Ave showroom behind Kings Plant Barn in Mount Wellington to check out the 37cm model in person and chat with our team!
